You can feel free to use this mix as the basis for your own flour mix and experiment with it to meet your tastes and the needs of your family, this mix has evolved with use to become my perfect go-to recipe. Easy Gluten-Free Flour Mix
- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 2 cups white rice flour
- 1-1/3 cups potato starch
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 2/3 cup tapioca starch
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
- Store in a sealed container or mix right into a large Ziploc bag and use as needed for gluten-free baking.
